Designed to capture the essence of loft living: the subtle fusion between raw and polished, with free flowing open spaces and private areas harmonizing to let you live, work, and entertain with ease. All of the essential boxes are checked: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, polished concrete on floors one and two, and attractive vinyl plank in honey pine and dark espresso on levels three and four.
The exposed concrete beams, mechanical ductwork and columns evoke an authentic historic character to interior spaces, and features like reclaimed wood flooring and exposed brick provide a unique glamour. Tall ceilings bring a sense of openness to even the most compact floor plan.
